Service on my Yaris My service advisor was Adam. Everyone working here was very polite...my car was taken in right away...they even had a shuttle that dropped me off at the nearby mall and picked me up when my car was ready. It was a great service. They have complimentary coffee and cookies. It was a great experience. I would buy another car there....my new Yaris is great!
Service help The service advisor attended my needs and on s timely bases. Even when I was uncertain about the problem with my car the employees in service took it seriously and I got the best experience while I was there.
Dashboard warning indicator. Polite, fast, efficient! Quick response to a dashboard warning indicator. Promptly and thorough check of the indicated issue with resolution to my concern within fifteen minutes.
First Service My service advisor was Len he was very polite and had my vehicle done in less time than originally advised. I got my gas card that was promised when I first bought my RAV back in December last year.
Trusted I'm always greeted as a friend and given good and understandable counsel. They have serviced 4 of my vehicles over the years with integrity.
Showed concern and great effort to resolve problem. I came in to resolve the noise I and my family heard but it is not always there. The service kept it for a day and did hear something which they fixed but not what I heard. They are kind, considerate and tried hard. When I hear the noise again I will go there right away if possible. Unfortunately, this is the second time I came in for noise problems which weren't resolved but I understand that if it is intermittent then what more can they do.
Easy!! I appreciated the call reminding me that the car was due for it's 6 month check up. When I walked in an hour earlier than my appointment time, the gentleman was kind in asking me if I was waiting for the car, he would bring it in to get started right away. I told him I was going to a movie and he said that it would be done by the time the movie was over. Service Call I called to have the heat shield reattached and got a quick response with an appointment. The heat shield was replaced and I was able to pick up my car when I returned from an outing.
Tire replacement Very helpful in replace my damaged tire. Service team was great! Had me in and out very quickly, called me when the tire was ready so I didn't have to wait too long :)
