Always a good experience The staff are always pleasant and professional. The service is always prompt and I particularly like that everything done to my car is clearly explained to me and the appropriate documentation is handed to me.

Quick, thorough, friendly service. I booked my service appt by phone, Service Advisor, helped me decide what I needed to have done based on my service recore, mileage, etc. saving me unneccessary and expensive options. My car was taken in on time (actually a few minutes early), and was finished when promised. In addition to the planned work, my transmission fluid was dirty so I ooted to have it changed. The Advisor was able to tell me the date and mileage when it was last changed so this was a reasonable item.
