Phenomenal experience My service at Burlington TOYOta always goes beyond my expectations because of the knowledgable staff and how friendly they are to me. The staff is always asking me about my family and how I am doing it is very comforting.
Work done right and quick and the car comes back clean I have always brought my car back to Burlington Toyota. The service has always been good and the service has always been done right. The prices are reasonable and car is always washed and nice and clean.
Amazing help If you had any questions they will answer them for you and they will always be helpful as much as they can. They will do there best to help you understand the whole process with buying a car. My common law husband and I went during a stressful time while dealing with an difficult insurance claim, they helped us from start to finish. If I go anywhere for another car it's these guys. Good service. A bit pricey. I'd rather go to Toyota even with their expense. I know the job will be done right and relatively quickly. Customer service is nice but sometimes I think they're a little burnt out. Seems to be a lack of energy that can translate to disinterest, however they are always polite.
Outstanding Service at Burlington Toyota Moe was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I could not have asked for a better experience - pressure free and relaxing. Having Sion (the manager) in attendance at times was a pleasant bonus, Moe definitely went beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend him and this dealership for anyone looking for excellent customer service right down to the smiling welcome from the reception staff.
