Professional and prompt Friendly and helpful staff, who are knowledgeable about the product. Very effective sales staff. Ownership has set a strong example eastablishing and maintaining customer loyalty.
Efficient and Professional Detailed work required. Courteous and in the exact time quoted. Waiting room has wifi, with tables close and available electric outlet so I was able to complete some work while I waited with a coffee.

Above and Beyond I'm on my first vehicle with Burlington Toyota and every service through the dealership has been exceptional so far. Replaced rear seat We bought a new 2017 RAV4 but the rear seat had a defect that we didn't see until after taking possession of the vehicle. Sales and service both worked hard to ensure we were satisfied with our new RAV4 and arranged replacement of the seat for us.
Snow Tires I just moved to Collingwood and needed to buy snow tires, have them put on my car and store my summer tires. With one phone call, I was given advice on what tires to purchase and if I should get rims. I was transferred over to the service center who booked my appointment! The entire process was seamless and everyone that I spoke to was informative and friendly. It's nice to know that there are suck great people looking after myself and my car. Keep up the amazing work!
Excellence In Service I find the Toyota Service Centre in Burlington to be the most efficient, polite, knowledgeable service centre that I have been in through all the years when compared to several other dealerships, as this is the first Toyota I have had, and am very happy with it so far in its 4th year. The employees all seem like they are actually enjoying their work even though they are always extremely busy, and no matter who you ask a question to they are more than happy to answer you.
