Fast, efficient and friendly I was readily received by a very pleansant service advisor and the work was done very quickly. Although the car wash was out of commission, I was invited to call back and get it washed at any time.
Oil change. Everyone was friendly. I was served promptly and efficiently. The timeframe of service met my expectations. The lounge area was great and well stocked. Enjoyed the Starbucks coffee and read the Globe and Mail.
Camry 2010 needed new washer fluid pump. After-market replacement pump installed. Sadly, labour cost was three times the cost of the pump!! Total $250!! Service, however, was carried out efficiently. Thanks.
Excellent service Although I had to wait a week for a service appointment, the reception and service provided at the appointment was first class. One part needed replacement. I was shown the worn part and provided with an estimate for replacement. The work was done promptly along with the scheduled maintenance. I was in and out in 1 hr. & 10 mins.
Always quick and professional I love taking my car here! The staff are friendly and I never fear they will take advantage of me as a woman. They are honest and thorough, letting me know what might need to be done now and what could wait till my next time in. Very helpful.
