Cheating Do not buy from this Dealership. The sales provided misleading information and false promises. They were not honest re price and service ,and charged us unfairly .They refused to refund us our$1000 Deposit. on many levels, do not trust this dealership.

They just belive in sales not after sales I bought my RAV4 from Bolton Toyota on Jan 10/2017 . it was used car had scratches on it ,they promised me to fixed them but wasn't fixed properly. The main concern is they don't even care ,I called to the manager and he promised me that someone will get back to me but still i am expecting call from them. Initially sales guy would speak in sweet manner but after sales they don't even respond your consern.

Totally lies Not a good dealership for buying a car sales manager is a big time liar I recommend to everyone to everyone get everything on bill of sale they will promise you so much but if it's not on bol they won't stand after deposit on their words by the way my sales person name was joy

Lack of professionalism and customer service Vehicle was not detailed on delivery. Service department have lack of knowledge. They don't have proper answers of the questions. Even the salesperson dose not know the features of the vehicle. Overall it was not a good experience

Dissatisfied When you are giving the final bill of sale give the client proper amount of time to go through it & a week of grace period to be able to cancel any unnecessary items ie. First canadian insurance which cost a fortune. Had I knew how much it would cost me, I would have rather do an upgrade in my vehicle instead of having useless piece of paper.

Sold us a car that was under a service bulletin! I agree with some of the previous reviewers who mentioned words like fishy and sugar-coated. The sales guy made it sound like the car would be in tip-top shape (any issues fixed) before giving it to us, but we found out later it is more of a certification for safety they do. Don't trust their facebook reviews-- if you look carefully some of the 5 star reviews are actually from employees. I tried to put my balanced review and it was hidden. Hanging up on prospective customers First time prospective customer, calling to a) get quotes for tires and order them and b) book an appointment to have them installed. I called the main line 3 times, each time was placed through to the service department, and each time before a full ring went through the person in service picked up and hung up. My personal experience with Bolton Toyota This is my personal experience with Bolton Toyota. I just want to write it here to help others to make a better judgement. I bought a Toyota certified 2011 RAV4 Unlimited that passed Toyota 127 points check in Bolton Toyota on July 30th 2015. Ten days after, the vehicle stalled on highway. Beware of Alex Chilelli - Pre-owned Manager Alex Chilelli has no ethics whatsoever. Purchased used car and was promised free tank of gas and first oil change free, when I went to pay and sign the Bill of Sale, he charged for the tank of gas and when asked to keep his promise of free gas tank, he told me "if you cant afford the gas, dont buy the ****** car".
