Please save yourselves by not going to this toyota dealership Booked a corolla 6 months ago orignally arrival time was 3 to 5 months than when it was almost 6 months suddenly dealership said you need to wait another 2 months or we have a exact same car for which financing didnt go through for alleged customer for some reason but twist was i need to pay for ceramic coating($1999) and rust proofing ($1999). A dealership with zero Canadian values. They forced me to finance the vehicle even tho i wanted to buy cash . The GM there is the propelling force that pushes employees to give unprofessional and deceiving behaviour. All they care is about sales .Not only I felt profiled , they wanted me to proof where my downpayment was coming from even i gave them a Bank draft . GM think just because he is representing Toyota he can conduct him self as he please. Stay away from them.
Stay away, do not recommend, they will try and cheat and scam you, lowball you out of a deal, try and use lame pressure tactics to get you to buy a car. I concur with the bad reviews. They first argued I could not pay cash a used vehicle but instead would have to finance. Later, would charge me an extra $900 fees if I really wanted to pay cash... I wonder if they are professional and know that most dealerships would never do that... Anyhow, went on making a great deal at a Markham dealership which had an amazing customer service and financing people.
Bought a new rav4 hybrid here. The sales guy was ok, but the finance manager was the worst I have ever seen. Very disappointing experience. The worst was that we complained to the general manager and they completely ignored us. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business here, but if you do get everything in writing
Wouldn't give me a quote for a car! Despite asking several times for a quote they refused to provide one! I told them I would compare several dealerships. I guess they just want people to pay more... based on my experience I am not inclined to go back.

Disgusted with sales team. Treated my 13 year old and I,like criminals who couldn't be trusted with the key on a test drive. Told I had to follow sales guy "bryan" in the vehicle. Then told he would keep the keys in his car. Like who does that? I was literally arguing with my son to take his hoodie off before arriving, because I anticipated being treated differently for being black with a mask and hoodie on. Thank you Bolton Toyota for teaching my son first hand what discrimination looks like.

It seems very unusual for them to treat their customers in this manner. There must have been a misunderstanding somewhere. Sales Manager wouldn't approve additional $5 per month discount for 36 month lease to close the deal for low demand car model trim with manual transmission that was sitting on dealer lot for more than a year by now. Wasted time driving to the dealership.
This place is nothing short of a joke, wouldnt buy a thing from them. Sold me a car with bad front wheel bearings. I brought it to my lexus dealer and they literally wouldnt let me leave cause they were that bad and the dealership let me drive from bolton to london like that....their techs clearly dont care about anything or they are untrained, should have brought them to court for that. Never buy from this place. Seriously, Im not a person that likes to give people a bad name. They are seriously a horrible dealership.
