Professional, willing to listen and negotiate I have been shopping for a small SUV for about a month. I used the internet to narrow my search for manufacturer I felt comfortable with. My criteria in choosing the dealership rested on the salesperson who introduced themselves at the door. Two dealerships failed the test. Julia at Bolton Toyota was friendly, patient and helpful.
Quick and efficient. The vehicle was service in a timely manner. There was no additional delays or costs involved with the service department. I was pleasantly surprised that the service was so efficient.
satisfactory experience Purchased a 2016 Corolla S with all the options. Oleg was amazing from the start to the day of delivery. I since have also dealt with Anna at Service and she is tops as well.

Purchasing a used Highlander I purchased a 2015 Highlander and there were a few issues with it (USB not working, no all season mats) but they fixed the problems in a timely manner and were very helpful and courteous. It's ok to make mistakes but it's how they're dealt with that matters and Bolton Toyota did a great job remedying the problem.

I bought Toyota corolla in June 2021 and battery has stricker 84 months warranty, i called bolton toyota desk and she asked me bring old battery, she talk positively and when i reach their service dept, parts incharged right away told me he can't help, didn't even talk for any option, so rude. I did stupid mistake to buy my car from this dealership, i bought brand new battery from costco with 6 years replacement warranty. Ignore means ignore bolto toyota forever.

I brought in my RAV4 due to a persistent shuddering and a check engine light. After $2,300 in repairs, the issue remained unresolved.
