Stay away. So dishonest. Beware. Beware beware. Sold me one of their trades without disclosing known serious safety defects.
Tried to get someone to talk to me about a Rav4 they had advertised and they refused to call me back or talk to me. Stonewalled and ghosted me. Terrible service especially when you want to pay cash. I will be making a formal complaint to their governing body, for whatever good that might do.
All miscommunication. No one really cares except Abhishekh. No timely support. I spent more time just waiting here. Nothing goes up to schedule. They only entertain or take care until you book it then you are in your own.
I was looking for a new Toyota Prius Prime. I saw that Bolton Toyota was listing one and I reached out. I received a call from a salesperson saying they had one available that was a cancelled lease and that I could have it. They wanted to know how soon I could be there. I asked how much it was and they told me it was the listed MSRP. I asked if there were any extras and they said it already had an extended warranty even though it was brand hew. Obviously lack professionalism in dealing with customers. Held me down for a particular car I wanted for a week plus and still disappointed me. Having a hard time getting my refund! A commitment fee that never took me 5 minutes to pay is taking a week plus to refund!
This dealership is terrible my advice do not trust the sales people especially at this location thy lies for ever management is really baaaaad
I had a terrible experience with this dealership, especially with the financing department including the manager SYED , everything is the beginning is like in the movies everything goes perfect nice and smooth , applied for a car , got approved, and then they scheduled a delivery, that was taking almost a month to do it , and I was calling every day and nobody was available or they were too busy , and they were lying about the approval , they didn’t do nothing , after 26 days of dealing and waiting I had to go there personal... read more
Purchased a Toyota Certified Rav4, happy with the car, but not with the dealer. The initial viewing and trade in appraisal took three hours to complete, even after having an appointment. The pickup of the vehicle 2.5 hours to complete, and paper work wasn't ready (still haven't received safety certificate and workorders from previous services done at Toyota).
