Wow, scammed! I drove 400 km to pick up a car from Bolton . Was given a firm price and when I got there, they added another $8,000 to the price. Misrepresented, lied scammed. These sales people and managers make car salesmen look bad. Fortunately had a great experience down the street and bought a vehicle at Honda.
Had a positive experience with the sales guy but the finance manager tried to get me to agree on a payment plan that was extremely taxing. I explained that money was tight and I could not afford what she was trying to get me to agree upon. She then told me to work more overtime take a part time job etc. I knew what I could afford and all the extras she tried to tack on shamelessly telling me to just add a few more years of financing at 9.5%. Heed my warning and DO NOT take your car for repairs at this location; unfortunately I used their services out of convenience which I now sincerely regret. I brought my Rav4 in for diagnostic and repair due to shuddering and an engine light. After $2300 in repairs the car was still in the same condition…had it towed back and was charged approximately $900 and you guessed it, it immediately began shuddering with an engine light upon return. Parts department is useless. Had to order a thermostat for my truck (06 Tacoma), which I find odd to not keep in stock with such a common motor. Gave the parts guy my vin number and looked at the screen when he looked it up, pointed out the proper thermostat and he ordered it. Had to leave work early 3 days later to pick it up, wrong part was ordered. Had the correct part ordered and was told 3-5 business days to come in from Quebec??? Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership - pick somewhere else. We committed to purchasing a Toyota from this dealership and they sold us a vehicle while misrepresenting what the vehicle was. When we pointed out the error within 10 minutes of identifying it, we were informed that it was "too late" to undo the transaction which is obviously untrue. They are just taking a booking of cars but not deliver a car, they sell cars on premium. I booked a car 18 months ago still waiting and now they are insisting me to cancel the booking that we don’t have car so can’t deliver.
Customer service below zero. We were waiting to lease almost 2 years. In September 2023 lease term for our previous RAV 4 finished. Since that we've got only the answers like "next month's,next week" from different sales persons and managers. We even decided to buy out the car.But surprise, surprise.... Instead of previously counted CAD 10.500 we've got the bill of 14K. We walk away from this location and got better Rav 4 in different location within 1.5 months. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!! Goodbye forever...
Horrid customer service. Still waiting for a service callback after 24 hours. What happened to this business? It was once a highly rated dealership. So sad.
