No Communication and Lies Go get a car after being pressured on the condition that my fianace is approved to take over my loan. Put deposit down. Nothing for 2 weeks call and told waiting on his approval. Ask for a call since the finance manager wasn't in. Still no call. Tell them deal is off and I'm coming to get my refund on the deposit. Never buy car from bolton toyota Never buy car from bolton toyoto. Service is very poor. Sell you the car with all the problem without telling you. The first visit would be the best but when your car show problem they would not listen anything. 1 month since me and my sister buyed a car from toyoto and for more than 16 days the car is with them for service and no response when would it get fixed.
Service scammers They tried to up sell Maintenance work on my vehicle that was completed by them within their recommended warranty period just months previously. They should check their records on the vehicles before they try to scam you. Service manager is not customer oriented, left messages and does not return calls. Done with them.
Pushy sales and bad service Bought a used 2014 Toyota Tundra from Oleg and asked only for a scratch to be fixed. They did an absolute horrible job of going over it with a paint marker which has mostly came off already. False advertisement Sold me a 2016 mustang with transmission issues, they told me the car was in mint shape and that there were no issues with the vechicle but unfortunately week later I had to bring it to ford dealership and they diagnosed a transmission problem! Also found out from ford the dealership that the transmission on this car was replaced at 6000km but I had no idea because Toyota Bolton hadn’t told me that prior in purchasing the vechicle car only has 16k on car and having lots of issues
Overcharge They stored my winter tires and requested my summers to be returned. Not only was the winter tire flat when they were installed but they overcharged me for the repair ( nothing wrong with the tires prior to storage ). They took my summers and put them back into storage and misplaced them ?...still waiting for them to be returned !. Each time I have asked for a quote on a repair, they are always way more expensive then even other dealerships and always try to scam you with " alignment checks ". Avoid.
