We made an appointment for a specific vehicle. Dealership called to confirm the appointment and that vehicle was ready. Upon arrival, waited 20 minutes after scheduled appointment to be served. Dealership stated the vehicle for which we had a confirmed appointment was now sold. Suggested an alternate vehicle to look at in the pouring rain.
