Bought used Rav4 We ended up coming down to look at a Rav4 on a typical Manitoba winter day (cold as heck) and somehow missed some damage to the front bumper of an otherwise perfect car, We made the deal with no pressure and when we showed up to pick it up, now in the warm shop it's the first thing we noticed. Recall excellent customer service i arranged for my Toyota Matrix to be services re a recall. Setting up the appointment was swift and when I brought in my vehicle Andy Godfrey gave me very professional and excellent customer service. As I was interested in a Rav4 he spent time discussing it with me and he addressed my concerns about a check engine light which had shown up.
Excellent service, always on time. This is the 3rd Toyota I have purchased from this dealership. The trade-in and purchase have always been done in a professional and dignified manner. Questions are always answered respectfully, and the sales team listens to my needs, not what they have in mind to move off their lot. Ben Garvey was awesome Went in for a test drive for a used vehicle (2013 Nissan Rogue)and we were greeted by Ben Garvey. Ben took us on a nice test drive that wasn't over in five minutes and let you get a real feel for what you were driving. Unfortunately Birchwood Toyota didn't have what we were looking for but I was more than impressed with Ben's knowledge of the vehicle and his genuine friendliness. Timely Professional Service Birchwood's service has been great the last3 years. Always timely and professional. I have also used the courtesy van service which has been good as well as fun.
Worry Free I have not had a problem with the vehicle, and have not had a problem arranging timely service appointments. Have not had a problem with the Service not been done correctly the first time.
First visit to service centre While I was told that my vehicle would be ready in 1 1/2 hours, it was delayed. I was provided with a rental but still had to pay for insurance and top it up with gas. However the work done on the vehicle seems to be fine so far. And they washed it for me which is always a nice touch.
