Expensive Complete maintance price is 239 at birch wood toyata While at other toyata dealer price is 149-169 .. Will not go back there again These are true review

Don't expect to be valued Called to make an appointment and needed to talk to the Service Manager. Left voice message twice and never heard back from them. I will look elsewhere for vehicle service, it's apparent they don't need my business.

Cancelled at the last minute They cancelled a warranty appointment at the very last minute, after I had made all the necessary arrangements with work and childcare. Keeping mind I had called 3 weeks in advance asking for an appointment on one of three specific days due to my limited availability. I was looking to replace my car in the next 6-9 months, but I won't be using Birchwood.

Let down by Toyota. I feel completely let down by the manufacturer. I did everything possible to avoid this situation but when a problem arose Toyota turned their backs. I would be hard pressed to recommend Toyota to anyone at this time.

Dissapointed in their shady practices We bought a brand new 2014 Toyota Matrix in Dec 2013. We were told that the roof rack was added on at an additional cost and would be in within a week or so. A few months later we still hadn't heard anything and wanted to go camping and use our roof rack. We called and were transferred to parts who said it would be ordered (wasn't it already?!) and would be in within a month. Will never purchase or service a vehicle at Birchwood again I purchased my 2013 Toyota Camry in March of 2015. When I purchased the vehicle, it had roughly 65,000 km on it – meaning the warranty was up. I was offered extended warranty at an additional cost of approximately $2,000 but decided to decline. Poor after sales service This is 3rd Toyota I owned.2 purchase from Birchwood. 2013 I purchased a new RAV4 from Birchwood. After sales service is OK.But the shuttle bus service are not available every time when I bring my vehicle for service.I need take 3-4 hrs off at work..When I book service appointment and mention about the shuttle bus service to downtown.I also complain to the service manager about the shuttle service.She is too busy not answer the phone or did not check her voice mail

Birchwood Advantage Purchased a used 2009 Toyota Matrix in July 2014. I was looking to take a couple of test drives by appointment and really not looking to purchase that day due to unflexible on price last year. After some discussion sales was able to give me my price. I asked the sales person a couple of times is that the final price and is there any extra costs and she said no. This is the kind of dealership that gives a bad name to the whole auto reselers industry. After seeing their ad in local Kijiji, I went there to take a look at the vehicle that was adverised for $25,919 but after a short time with salesman I was told that price of the vehicle is in fact $35,999 and that they made mistake when placing ad on internet.
