Professional and friendly We couldn't be happier with both sales and service from this dealership. From Andrew that sold us our car, to Andy in service and Corey in parts, everyone was fantastic. Unrivaled Excellence! Brent and the team at Birchwood Toyota have consistently provided exceptional customer service. Invariably personable, friendly and professional, the dealership exudes a commitment to excellence in all aspects of auto sales and service needs. After many less than satisfying experiences at other dealerships, I'd come to accept a lower standard of customer care as the norm, but Birchwood Toyota moves the bar back to what one would hope it would be.
What more could anyone ask? I went into Birchwood Toyota expecting the usual service experience. What I received was far from ordinary. Brent Reimer was friendly and engaging right from the moment I pulled into the service bay. He made me aware of a service issue my vehicle needed, before we even began. Rav 4 battery issue Brent R was very professional and helpful when I took my RAV 4 in with a battery issue. Very happy with the fast service as well.

Excellent service - always punctual with a reminder call. Recent service appointment was great: All items were addressed in a fast courteous , professional manner, the truck was even returned washed!
