Outstanding Service From the time I walked in and first discussed what it was I was looking for I knew this was a very different place. Outstanding customer service and first class treatment. Everything was fast and friendly the way it should be but rarely is. Most dealerships you wait and wait only to wait some more. Not at Birchwood Toyota. I Highly recommend this dealership.

My Regular Maintenance November 2015 My Camry was due for complete 3 year fall checkup. I was greeted by a vey pleasant fellow who then took the particulars down about my car such as mileage. I drive to Birchwood Toyota from Minnedosa so it was nice that he showed interest about my trip which can sometimes take 2 1/2 hours at least depending on road conditions. Good Experience Purchasing 2015 Rav4 Introduced to sales rep through internet sales query. Made appointment to test drive vehicle model I was interested in and was met at dealership as arranged. Took along build & price sheet that I prepared in advance on Toyota.ca and went for test drive. Battery Replacement Due. I took my vehicle in for a faulty clutch start switch. It turned out that my floor mat was limiting clutch travel. While in for service my vehicle required to be boosted to start. I was not aware that my battery was over 5 yrs. old and needed replacement. Good timing!
Quick and easy! I went into Toyota just to inquire on a vehicle. I was then greeted by the receptionist and she asked me a few questions and asked if I wanted to speak with a product specialist. I was then greeted by Gil. He was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about each product. He was very straight forward and honest about my options. The staffs are very accomodating and hospitable, especially the sales person who helped me in getting my Toyota Sienna 2013 SE, Mr. Andrew Robinson. I've tried other Toyota dealer before going to Birchwood Toyota, but I was turned down with no other options offered. But when I tried Birchwood Toyota (formerly Woodhaven Lexus Toyota), they did everything possible just to help me get my dream car with free remote starter. The experience was awesome!
We were looking for a new vehicle and had because of the amount of driving we do going back and forth to the city every day had decided on a Corolla just not sure which model.
