I had a really bad experience from Birchwood toyota. . Where I go for my vehicle service, since over 10 years (since it was woodhaven).. I am sharing it so that, this will help someone in future. I accidently came to know about, how they make false claims and making customers to spend unnecessary money. In their invoice, if it is something said as "caution". In January 2023, we got our new car, a Toyota Highlander and we were very happy. However the car came with two missing parts, one is the second key and the other one is the carpet mat. We asked several times our salesman, how long does it need to get the missing parts. The only last answer, we don't know yet. What the heck needs so a long time? This is definitely not great customer service! Now, it is six months ago and not any response or parts :-(

Do not go for a servicing here. Unfortunately have had too many bad experiences over a couple years. They will find an issue, tell you it’s covered and even show it on the invoice but won’t book you in for the service. Was advised to wait because it’s not too bad now but not to worry because it’s covered but guess what? When it was time to get it changed they said sorry it’s not covered anymore. Also has taken 3+ hours from appointment time to get an oil changed! When you message them or try and get a hold of someone they do... read more

I have a factory display screen defect & they told me that theres nothing they could do. This is extremely disappointing. No customer should have to pay for something like this out of their own pocket. Its a common issue that I have seen on online threads for 2014 RAV4 models & something I did not expect from Toyota whatsoever. They told me they would call me with an update & that call never came. Very dissatisfied with my moms experience with her new Rav 4 purchased last year. The transfer case went with very few km’s and then the whole right axle assembly is shot. They give her a rental from enterprise which was supposed to be for the day but Toyota says it’s going to take 10 days for the parts. Now my mom owes a big bill there because of the extra insurance they charged her. She only thought the vehicle would be down for the day like they told her. Repair job incomplete They took out Tacoma for a frame recall. Said it was done and my mechanic husband had a look - there was a long list of things done wrong or incomplete. He eventually took it to another dealership and they did an inspection that agreed with his list. Upon telling us it was done for the second time, he again noticed things on the list that weren't done, as well as something else done incorrectly. Waste of Valuable Time What a waste of time! We went in to negotiate on a vehicle that was no longer available. They could have mentioned this major detail but instead wanted to get us back into the dealership, only to try and sell us something much more expensive. The "Be Right Back" tactic is so cliche. People's time is very valuable. We were there to negotiate on buying a vehicle not the dealership.
