Fat dude “Phillip” is in way over his head, and doesn’t know how to treat the returning customers of an establishment. Sales team was alright and covered their bases but the entire experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. Have purchased my last few vehicles here but will go elsewhere in the future.
Took our sonata in for electrical diagnosis. We're told we needed a new sensor that would cost around $2000. My wife paid the $400 plus diagnostic costs and was told the part would be ordered and should be received in 2 days. She dropped the car off for installation two days later and only to find out after she had dropped the car and come home and we got a phone call and when the car was supposed to be ready that the part had never been ordered because we failed to pay for it in advance. I had to take my 2020 Corolla in for an upgrade and inspection, alignment and tire change. it would take 2-3 hours. After three hours, I was told they still had to do the alignment and wash it. I told the service rep not to bother, I just wanted my keys. All of a sudden, I didn’t need the alignment at all, the car was already washed and parked in the lot. I have serious doubts that aside from the tire change-nothing was done at all. Save your time and your money and skip the dealership entirely. Not at all worth it.
Brought my truck in for an inspection. Nidal the service guy called and said I need my transmission replaced. I paid the 4 hr inspection. Took it to transmission shop. They said the transmission fluid was low. Transmission is fine.
Book an appointment at 2:45pm to change winter tire with rims on. Got there 10 mins early and went into the waiting room. There were a bunch of customers who seem to be waiting for hours and there are no seating available. At 3:45pm went up to ask why take so long just to change tires. The service rep ask if I have an appointment and if I had check in with a service rep? He then went to talk to an auto mechanic and came back to tell me that it will be done by 4:45pm. The service department often tells me more needs to be done than is expected. Suspicious. The cost of maintenance on my 2018 corolla, purchased brand new, is expensive. When you purchase a brand new car, you expect it to be relatively easy on maintenance costs. I only have 60,000 km on this car, I am a very easy driver. The money spent on the "advice" from them is more like what you would expect if you bought a much older used vehicle. Worst service. They will upsell you and put broken pieces in your car, happened to me and the operations manager daryl, said I should have paid more when I was unethically up sold. He also told me I'm not making a "partner" out of him because he ignored my emails and encouraged me to call omvic and Toyota Canada. Save your money and go to a different dealership.
this dealership do not even deserve 1 star, they always lying, about your financing situation, the whole system from the sales people to the son of the dealership him self(Phillip Attrell) , and special salute to the biggest lair( Hammad Bahadur)
Do not blind trust on their word check your paper before sign any document. They can misguide you if you trust them.

Salesperson and finance manager (Nayab Khan and Hammad) deliberately tried to hide about ECP details and put validity date of first day of car registration of June 2016. I bought 2016 Corolla in April 2018 and paid full amount of extended warranty coverage but they did not provide proper information of coverage and then after two days of purchase and handed over vehicle salesperson asked me to sign the ECP Gold coverage even I paid for Platinum coverage.
