Toyota Corolla It was nice experiences in purchasing car from this showroom, I am new in Canada and had not much experiences but dealing with the show room i felt very good.
Oil change Wow. Simply amazing. I called to schedule my appointment for an oil change and the service manager Joe was able to fit me in right away. Even though this was a routine visit, the Attrell team found things that I didn't even know were issues (ie burnt out light bulb, dirty air filter etc.) Great service, professional and timely. Based on my recent experience with Erin Park Toyota and then with Attrel Toyota, I must say that Attrel is far better than Erin Park Toyota. They took 30 mins more than they initially promised, but I think that is very much within tolerable limit. The service people are very straight forward and you can see through the waiting lounge as to what they are doing with your car, which is a BIG BIG limitation with many other dealerships.
I went t to Attrell Toyota to get my usb port and check engine light fixed. They charged me $421.30. But they couldn't fix any problem. He said they have to scan further for $175 to determine the problem of usb port. And it might cost even upto $2000. I declined for that. But still I had tpay$421.30. None of my problem was solved. The whole experience was so frustrating. They didn't solve anything. I strongly recommend not to visit this place.
I had a recent unfortunate experience at Attrell. My daughter and I saw 2 Sienna's listed on auto trader we were interested in. The receptionist assigned a sales rep to us. When he approached us, there was no introduction or handshake. He noted that one of the vehicles was sold. We sat down in his cubicle and mentioned we had a trade in - he then he showed us the van. My experience was not great at all the customer service by Maninder Nirmal in servic leaves a lot to be desired everyone is so helpful there but when I have him he is never clear about anything you ask him a question he is just yes no like a robot no explaining
