Sales Experience My wife and I recently purchase a 2016 Toyota Highlander and Gerard was our sales representative. Upon picking up the Highlander it was very dirty and there was a dent on the driver side door. Gerard made sure that we were able to bring back the Highlader for a full detailing , oil change and dent removal. He was great to work with. The dent is still present but I feel Gerard did what he could.

Gerard Vijayan - Great sales representative We picked up our 2017 RAV4 yesterday. Gerard was the sales representative that helped us choose our vehicle. He was extremely easy to deal with. Great Customer Service Upon buying our SUV there last year, the service was excellent and we were under no pressure to purchase. Whenever we need service, we get an appointment very quickly and the mechanics are so friendly. We did buy from them and a year later unfortuantely we were in an accident. We had the car towed to the dealership and even tho the store was closed, Trent was so kind and helpful to me. He stayed with me until the towtruck arrived with my husband. Excellent Service GERARD VIJAYAN is an outstanding sales representative. He is very straight forward. He made sure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I know that most customers are only interested in getting a good deal while purchasing a car. However, we forget that after sales service is also very important. I came looking for a 2017 Toyota Corolla, got the best deal! I visited this dealership looking for a new 2017 Corolla for my wife and daughter, just a week ago. After a few minutes of talk, I was offered by the salesperson, Jonathan Padillo, a 48-month lease rate that was fair and honestly, the best of all.
