The new level of worse So I bought the new Camry 2016 from Attrell. Very good experience no doubt. The car runs excellent and have done over 8000 kilometers. So, I needed to go to them for service. I booked an appointment for 9 am on Saturday and reach the dealership 10 minutes earlier. Stay away from Kosta Dimroci Kosta Dimroci - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALESPERSON! if you are going to buy a used car from a dealership make sure it is E tested and Safety certified. Kosta Dimroci told us numerous lies, first he told us the 10 day T sticker does not include weekends , which after we researched and found out it does, he told us they put gas in the tank, when we started the car it was almost at E. After our experience with this salesperson I have lost hope in buying a car, hopefully my car last me a lifetime.

Don't buy from here I wish I could give them 0 stars. I found a vehicle that I liked, and put a conditional deposit on it. Unfortunately, a medical issue came up, and my licence was revoked. When I explained that I would no longer be in need of a vehicle, the sales associate got very upset and walked away. When he came back, he demanded to know the "real" reason hat I was not purchasing the car. I have never bought a car from them so cannot comment on that. I have only been there for service and was disappointed every time. The service staff is extremely rude. I got yelled at by a mechanic when I approached the counter after the guy in front left. I hadn't said anything yet and was told to hold on. Also, they sold winter tires to my wife ($50 more than Canadian tire) on the promise that they will switch them with all seasons when the time came if I get an oil change at that time. Dishonest and deceiving behavior. Jack up prices way above MSRP and then lower it on customer demand to make it look like they are giving a nice deal. Gives an impression that they are out to make a quick buck and don't really care about customer retention and loyalty. Also, a big bad dot on Toyota since I went to "Toyota" dealership, not "Attrell"
I decided to buyout my leased car and when I went to this dealership to return/buyout the car, I was STUNNED at the service I received. First off, I had to wait for 2 hrs before the rep came, in spite of having an appt. Secondly, these guys said there is an admin fee of $400 that I have to pay to get the paper work done. The lease document does not show anywhere that there would be an admin fee when I return the car, I was shocked to see the (non-negotiable) charge they asked me for preparing the buyout documents (WHATEVER).... read more
