Dishonest I have taken my car there three or four times for an issue. A pattern started to emerge with these jokers. Each time I took my car in for a problem, miraculously another one would appear. I am convinced, after this happened to me at least 3 times that these were no simple coincidences. It's a definite scam! BE AWARE

Used to be good , become popular... now not care loyal custo Im talking about service dept Recently I have noticed attrell not care about old customers, I have been with them close to 8 years. I love Toyota. I should go back to northwest Toyota dealership.

Service Since moving to Brampton from Winnipeg years ago Ive always taken my Tacoma to this dealership for servicing and tire installations twice a year. Never again. In fact ive asked to be removed from their database and to avoid further contact with me. I had an appointment for oil changes plus switching my tires over from winter to summer that I had cancelled with a far less then satisfactory result then what I had expected considering I was a long time customer. Unhelpful and Arrogant I have a Corolla which I wanted to trade in and upgrade to an SUV. I met with Gerard Vijayan who was demeaning the moment he asked my budget. He made me feel I was not worthy of the upgrade and in fact made jokes such as "hold on to your seat as I tell you the price as you might fall off". xxx! This is how you talk to your customer that eventually pays your salary. He was arrogant in his responses and not at all helpful in explaining the offer that was going on.

Unethical sales experience I just had a very poor experience with this company. I normally do not write reviews on this type of forum; in fact, this is my first. I am feeling such vehemence that I feel compelled to complete a review. I called them in the morning to make sure that a car I was interested in was still available. Up Sell Beware of this dealership and DO NOT let them "advise" you on what needs to be serviced. I suggest you look at another Toyota dealership or a private shop. I booked a maintenance online and received an email confirmation, called 2 days prior to my appointment to confirm and the service associate tried to convince me I needed a more expensive service package. Worst Service Department Really upset with the way their Service Department deals with issues. I have been going at this dealership for more then 3 years for service of my two cars. Infect, i bought one of them from this dealership. Even though I live in Mississauga. I have my Winter tiers for both cars purchased and stored with them as well. Truck Damaged During Service Have been going here for years for my 2009 Tacoma then 2013 Tacoma(current). In July 2016 while my truck was in for service I was notified by phone that the driver door was damaged. When it was being lifted up by the hoist, the tech did not make sure it was secure and it slipped off enough to damage the driver door ridge. So I brought my Rav 4 in this morning for 7:30 for two items I brought my Rav 4 in this morning for service for 2 problems one no Radio and strapping on my roof is loose. No Service done as the Service Gentleman scared me when he told me that to fix a radio could be in the thousands as he said he inquired for one of his vehicles.
