Lost All My Business I have been servicing my brand new Toyota Corolla S since early 2015 with them , which was purchased at Maple Toyota. My last service visit was very unpleasant and eye opening. Horrible customer service experience Not a good service dept. confirmed twice over phone time and length of appointment and exactly what was needed. Got here and told me ridiculous wait time. Had an appointment and didn't start service on time. No one cares or helped. Will not be returning.
Racist & Unprofessional I only wish Google Ratings had a ZERO Star rating for Yorkdale Toyota. This by far is my worst customer service experience. PLEASE heed my warning stay away from this dealership. My story goes as follows, I saw a 2015 VW Jetta while doing an online search which Toyota had on sales. Service Center not helpful at all Took my vehicle for a minor repair which was covered under warranty. Service center employee "daas or Dias" first gave me an approximate timeline of 4hours and then he was like it will take a full day. When I asked him if it was 4 hours or full day? Answer given was over here 4 hours is a full day here. Drove half an hour to the dealership I bought the vehicle from and they fixed the issue within 30mins. Big difference.
Appalling experience! We've leased a Matrix 2014 at this dealership with the same salesperson we had previously leased a Rav 4 and another Matrix. Even being their customer of so many years, we were very disappointed with the service we've received the last time. The salesperson never told us of the less accessories and we drove a whole week without turning on the lights, an automatic feature that we had in the previous Matrix - oh yes, every year you will have less accessories with the Toyota cars! not serious! Greg and Kamal are not professional - spent 2 hours asking how much I wanted for my trade and spouting weird hypothetical. Long wait times and more sales reps on a broken coffee machine than helping customers. Disorganized and these two, at least, seem inexperienced! Remember, they don't respond to reviews either. Don't care about their reputation. If, after reading my review you still want to try your luck, hope it works out. If they aren't ripping you off, I don't think you will enjoy your experience!
Apathetic group If you're looking for any level of customer service, it's best to go somewhere else. I've called numerous times ,left messages with the receptionists and have still yet to hear from management in order to resolve issues from the purchase/delivery of my used vehicle. Research other dealerships and pay a little more if you have to in order to receive the kind of customer service you'd expect from a dealership of this size.
Dangerous servicing!!! 5 days after our bi-annual car check and tire change, the car started making a weird noise ... We brought the car back in and it turns out a wheel was getting loose as the nuts were not tightened up properly when change over from winter to summer tires. Thank god we were in the city and not on a highway when that happened!!!
Unprofessional Staff I went there to buy a used car with my wife. The staff was very unprofessional and not willing to cooperate at all. I was buying a car in Canada for first time. And the executive made me feel like I am cheap and can't afford a car. He was not willing to give me a test drive for a 20k car which I wanted to buy.
