Found a Ford at Yorkdale Toyota. I was looking for a used pickup truck and by chance I saw a Ford F-150 in the lot at Yorkdale Toyota. The salesman I dealt with was Jiji. He was knowledgeable and patient. Peter, the manager of the used car lot, was enthusiastic. I feel I paid a fair price for the vehicle as I had been researching this purchase for some time. Excellent Experience We had an excellent experience in leasing our next vehicle, having dealt with Shoon Molla and Nick Mandavia. Shoon was very knowledgeable and patiently explained all the ins and outs of the lease agreement as well, offered valuable insight throughout the appointment. Nick as Director of Sales, was pivotal in giving us the best pricing for the lease. Very content with the final outcome. wonderful experience buying a vehicle Very friendly staff, Stan, Peter and Simona made the purchase very easy and quick. Truck was ready quickly and looked great. Went out to look and ended up buying! lol Very friendly family oriented atmosphere and very upfront with everything during the purchase. Crisis My Toyota Echo was destroyed on the 401 - everyone ok. Towed me into Yorkdale Toyota - my car's a write-off. Bought a 2010 Matrix off a lease - base vehicle but perfect for me. Everyone ran around like fiends - found me a rental car - found me a scrap dealer - should be over by Monday. Amazing.

Exceeding Expectations I have a 2014 Highlander. Booked an appointment for oil change and it was determined that a recent recall was in effect. It meant leaving my vehicle. I got a loaner vehicle and a detailed explanation of the process for this fix. We have bought gently used Mazda 5 2012 off lease vehicle. Sales representative we dealt with was of a great help. We have received a very reasonably priced offer without too much haggling about the price. Vehicle was brought to a perfect state as part of pre-sale conditioning without incurring additional cost.
