Disappointed with Service I purchased my Highlander at this location in 2015. After owning the vehicle for 2.5 years I have been experiencing trouble with the battery. If I don't drive the vehicle for 2 or 3 days the battery will be dead. The service investigation determined that the battery was bad and it was replaced. Purchasing a new car I am about to buy a new car. I currently have Toyota Camry that I purchased bran new from David Nicholls Toyota that used to be Keel Street. People do realize when someone is being a smart-xxx. The sales representatives tried to hide the information from me and acted like he didn't know. It was a waste of time for me pretty much. I had to travel to Downtown Toyota(Downtown Toronto) to buy the car.
To be honest I didn't expect it from Toyota I have new 7 months RAV4. Service consultant useless,unfriendly and unprofessional person, but playing as knowing everything. Service Managers tried be nice. After 3 visits still have unsolved issues.Made appointment for 4th and hope for best.
Been lied to and misled. Went online to find a price for a 2019 Avalon Limited. I filled out the customer information part of the email and sent it off. Dishonest. Did not honour a price. We went to this dealership because the product advisor told me that he would sell a Corolla for the price we desired. He told me that he got the approval from a sales manager. Even before, my wife and I made the 30 minute trip to the dealership, I called to confirm the price and informed him that my trade in car would not be worth much(approx $200). Service Department is Horrible at Yorkdale Toyota In June 2017, I bought a new RAV4 Limited from Yorkdale Toyota at which time it was suggested by them to bring the car for the first service to the same Dealership. Horrible Experience I ordered a car and they delivered the wrong car interior. I called them 6 times in one day and no one seemed to care or help me out. I finally had no choice but ton retun the car and Dump it on their lot. Horrible to deal with sales manager Billal. Not recommended. Dont buy from them. They are not honest.
