Please if you are going to partner with a company make sure there representatives are good for example when I went to you guys after an accident the guy didn't even bother saying the car is going to fix at another location which did a crappy job and I don't think they are honest do better next time guys
I spent more than $400.00 at Yorkdale Toyota and when I came back to pick up my car they didn’t even wash it. I found finger print all over my car. This is very disappointing.
I told him the GPS was not working and he said they need a diagnostic. Why do you need diagnostic I already know what’s wrong but still he insists to do it. If repair it here you don’t need to pay. He promise gave me a discount but no discount happened It’s common sense but I said okay, but when I got the car the radio was not working. They totally destroyed it so it was ended to change an old one. Destroyed destroyed my xxxxing radio and I paid more 2k. Maybe they did it in purpose.
I'd never deal with or recommend yorkdale toyota to anyone. Bought used Honda and they didn't disclose damages to my vehicle. Ive tried contacting them several times without a response.
Horrible service. Booked online with call back confirmation but no booking found when I arrived. Staff are rude, not willing to help. She replied, "I did not call you for confirmation, not my problem". First time service at this Yorkdale Toyota, extremely disappointed. Will never go back again. Stay away from this Yorkdate Toyota Service.

I do not understand why anyone would buy a car from this dealership. The sales associates and sales managers are all unresponsive and not helpful. When you ask a question about the car, they say “I don’t know, go ask service”... If you don’t know the features of the car, then you shouldn’t be selling it. Also, when you ask about price, it is almost as if you offended them because they act like you disrespect them by asking for a discount on the MSRP??? Terrible experience from negotiating a car. The sales manager wants to nickle dime you for everything you have. Will not give any deal and will try to convince you that every toyota dealership is like theirs. Sales manager honestly did not care about selling the car
