Great sales experience We came into Yorkdale Toyota late on a Thursday night looking to test drive a RAV 4 and because there were no sales staff available we were greeted by Peter the New Car Sales Manager. He was very friendly and professional and easy to deal with. He gave us a great deal and then introduced us to Alfredo, one of his sales consultants. Amazing! Such great customer service Just bought a Toyota Sienna from this dealership and they were so helpful and extremely quick to respond to any of my needs. If you call ask for "Chris Bitove" he is literally the best possible car salesman in the GTA and he is very honest/friendly (unlike other car salesmen). Great experience Just got a Toyota highlander... we had a great experience. We dealt with Chris Bitove who made our visit run very smooth. He was knowledgeable, had a great personality, easy going and introduced us to everyone who came by us. We also noticed that he is always willing to take the extra step to help you. Bottom line, he's amazing. Receptionist was also very pleasant and friendly.
Positive experience! Very friendly environment and the staff have a very positive attitude overall. Made a really good deal within 10 minutes with the new-car sales manager Peter Themelkos. The sales & leasing consultant Peter Huynh provided an excellent service and was very helpful after the purchase. Fast, efficient, thorough, kind, courteous I just bought a Toyota Corolla LE Eco CVT. It was fun & painless. I was given good information on the warrantee and extended service contract, what to declare under the mechanical warrantee and what to declare under Titan. I was shown all of the basics for how to operate the car safely. They made sure my Aeroplan points were registered.
Friendly sales staff with a "no-pressure" attitude We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership and our experience was pretty good. Chris Khan was very quick to respond to our online inquiries and was very pleasant to deal with.
Scion XB purchase After visiting a number of dealerships and leaving annoyed - I stepped into Yorkdale Toyota and was very relieved to deal with a normal, genuinely nice, helpful sales person.
