Difficult and made me wait around a long time I did not have a good experience here. I had to twist their arm to let me take the Highlander I was considering to my mechanic less than 5 minutes away, while Scarborough Toyota drove the Highlander I was looking at with them all the way from Scarborough willingly! I found the sales people not very helpful and inconsiderate.
