Purchasing a used 2010 Altima Having recently been in an accident, I needed to find a new car as soon as possible. While Woodchester Nissan was the first of many dealerships I checked out, they were by far the most friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Danny Starret not only met my needs in a new car, but went above and beyond what I had expected, getting me a great deal on an excellent used vehicle. I'd highly recommend Woodchester Nissan and Danny in particular, but all the staff were extremely helpful!

Bought a 2015 Nissan Frontier Pro 4 in August 2023 from this dealership with an extended warranty. Made it home with vehicle 3 hours one way from dealership to find that truck was leaking oil from 4 different areas of truck that was given a safety to be on road. I've had nothing but deceit and lies from the salesman to salesmansger for used cars. I've been fighting for a month to have my extended warranty cancelled and the money returned to me. I only want my refund back. Ive offered to settle this amiably however you continue to delay and ask for proof the lien holder was paid. This is ridculous when obviously the lien holder was paid if i purchased a new vehicle from another nissan dealership as well the salesperson from that dealership contacted you by phone and confirmed they took the truck as a trade in on my new vehicle and have already sold the vehicle to another dealer. I have owned 5 nissans now and I can honestly say this is by far the worst dealership I have seen. Sales people ignore you and their used vehicles are junk. They also advertise on Car Guru and don't honor the price and terms they advertise. I was told "oh I don't know how that got on there, we can't give that interest rate or terms".
