Incompetent Sales and Service staff Completely incompetent individuals work here. The salesperson (Laura) only lied each time I tried to get a confirmation of completion of items to be done to our newly purchased "used" vehicle knowing we were coming from out of town to pick up the car and then to find that not only was the promised paint job not done but she outright lied that it was all completed just to get her commission. Went for oil and filter change shabby work Went for oil change and filter. It is such a shabby work that it is still showing on my dashboard for oil change and filter maintenance. I really question if they have actually done oil change or filter change . Is it false alarm that they ignored. Still their honesty is questionable at this point.

Horrible Service My husband and I have always gone to this dealership for our maintenance and oil change appointments. Today, I made an appointment for an oil change for 1:30. Horrible Customer Service! Horrible customer service. I went in for maintenance and a 100 point inspection as advertised on their website. However, all I received was an over priced oil change. They said the 100 point inspection advertisement is incorrect and also refused to discount my service. They said there is nothing they will do about it and I could go somewhere else. No accountability Terrible service They were so nice selling the car. Nothing but problems since then. Most recent issue was a simple oil change. Appointment was at 11:30, said they were running behind and would take 1 hour and 30 mins. I come back at 1:15, and service associate says well I mean, probably closer to 2, we close then anyway. Dealership did NOT UPHOLD AGREEMENT We had bought our Murano from them back in January, and had been promised by the sales rep a cargo cover. It was in the agreement signed by both of us acknowledging this.
