Worst Customer Service - Don’t go here! Paid for a tire rotation, brake check and oil special for $99. For 2016 Altima . They Called me three hours later that everything is complete. When I picked up the vehicle I instantly noticed the tires were not rotated because I have curb rash on my drivers side rim which was still in the exact same spot. Horrific Customer Service - Service Manager To have a service manager pretty well put words in my mouth and call me a liar is ridiculous! Even after explaining everything and being worried about oil being spilled from my car while my 5 month old was in the car with me. My oil cap was left off after servicing my car and no one will take ownership. There was no remorce, no options other than myself paying for a tow truck to their dealership and repairing my car. Worst customer service & overpriced service So I received a call from woodchester Nissan telling me my car is now due for service so I asked how much is your service? The lady said it’s 270 or $279 for oil change and filter, tire rotation and flushing and changing break fluid. I said to her that’s too much can you give me a discount any promotions going on? worst manager ever they deserve less than one star, but that cant happen so...we recently bought a used vehicle (a Nissan rogue 2012) it was equipped with a rear camera along with a stereo system. the stereo stopped working all of a sudden and started on random times. the next day we took it back to get it fixed. keep in mind they had a used car policy. the manager Glen Peacock had not followed the policy. our stereo system along with the camera fell under the policy that meant they had to fix it for us for free. the manager... read more
Bad attitude Had a flat tier on my infinity had road side come in to take the truck to the dealer , asked the dealer if they change the tier before the put it inside and not drive the car with a flat to save the tier and rim service adviser was so rude to me and said it’s not free we r not road side if u want u can tell the tow truck to drop it somewhere outside and call road side to change the tire for u and she start yelling as if I was her made or something very very poor attitude will never go back again , KEN the other ... read more
Worst experience I have an appointment at 12:30 for oil change and tires rotation ONLY , takes this branch 5 hours ... and I called and let them know that I need to take day off for oil change!!! They told will contact you to resolve this issue. No one contact me .
worst experience ever “incompetent customer service” I brought my car for an oil change and a tire rotation and I can tell it’s been one of the worst experiences ever. I brought it on time and as scheduled, the service provider told me that the car will be ready within an hour to an hour and a half approximately. Wasted my morning hours I had an appointment for a service maintenance at 8:45 am and at 9:30 am my car was still in the parking lot.I went upstairs to see if the service bays were full and to my surprise there were five lifters that were unused. I ask for a shuttle service when i checked in but they said the driver was still out on the road. 45 mins later he still was not there at the dealership. After all tgis i just ended up cancelling the service appointment.
Missed opportunity Went for oil change and also asked for assessment of a whiny noise when engine was turned off. Took 2 hrs for the oil change and when I asked about noise he indicated they found nothing. I was surprised - then I realised when I got home they did not check bcos it was not even noted on the intake sheet. Honesty would have been nice. Missed opportunity for dealer to identify problem and get fixed there and missed opportinuty for me to waste 2 hrs there's when mr lube would have yielded same results in 30 min... read more
