Over promise and under deliver Before signing a lease back in May 2014, I was treated very nicely by Mr. Rana. After the paperwork was handled, I wasn't even given a walk through in my new car. I was promised a free oil service (not that I care for the value of it), but now they fail to acknowledge any such thing. Dishonest Service/ Fleecing customers I had a bad experience with this dealership. I went there for service they charged me a lot of money... didnt fix my problem ....expected me to spend more money ...asked me to replace parts which did not need replacement..The Woodchester service advisor explained to me that this not covered under warranty. Meanwhile another Nissan dealership in the vicinity did the job under warranty(no charge)! Unbeleivable I am suprised people still go to this dealership for service. Buyer Beware!
I received a letter from this woodchester Nissan under the subject of FALL FOR A 2012 EVENT and in particular under my full name, with my qualifying vehicle model as well. we got excited to change our coupe 2009 with the new 2012 but in red. i went first day and met with Roman and got quotations which I discussed with my wife and we agreed on it, then we went again the next day to finalize the deal of financing the red altima coupe 2012 and return the leased black altima coupe 2009. I was there several times 3 years ago. The experience was really good. We just got another nissan car, so we decided to go with them again. But now seems lots people changed. The service experience is very bad comparing to 3 years ago. I won't recommend it if you have other options.
