Great service and customer service (Agha) I bought 3 cars from Woodchester Infiniti because of the excellent customer service I recieved from Agha from sales and if ever I want to buy or I refer to Woodchester Infiniti is because of Agha . Excellent Experience We were looking to purchase a vehicle for our mother, the sales Manager, Shaun was excellent, and assisted us greatly. He did everything he could to ensure our mother was happy with the purchase. Don who was the sales person went over all the functions with her and made sure she was comfortable. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Shaun and his team if your interested in buying a Nissan.

Service Excellent service giving to customets,diagnosed problems properly & fixing it immediatly after discussing with customer,they are cooprative with customers,they are not simply delaying to customers.
Oil Change Service Fast and friendly service with no lineups to worry about. Recommended air filter change which was needed but I simply forgot. I would come again.
16,000 km service Have used this dealer before and staff is courteous and prompt. Car came back washed too. Found it odd a brand new car needs a brake fluid flush and a wheel alignment. Nissan must build pretty fragile vehicles because over 20+ years of driving (Jeep/Nissan/Mazda/Mazda/Gm) I've NEVER had brake fluid changed as part of regular service and I'm driving exactly how and where I've been going for the last 15 years to have wonky wheels.....will have to keep an eye on this over the next services otherwise I'm going ... read more
