First time car buyer (27 F), my experience with the was horrible. Deceptive and predatory sales men here. While on my way home one day, I went in to enquire pricing but Beware of coercion as they will ask for payment really early into the conversation!! They will talk in loops, over share and then pressure you for your money. They promised me one thing but I got something else. We are skipping this dealership. Too bad. I used to work there 26 years ago, its not what it once was. The sales person Farshid(?) could not sell food to a starving Ethiopian. He focused on talking about himself and how honest he was. I could go on about his bad service down to not knowing his stuff. He knew nothing! Also we could not find an English newspaper anywhere, everything was in a different language. Good for you Nissan Willowdale.
We did a scheduled service in January 2023 and went for oil change. After checking they came up with other issues which I found to be non-essential later like changing the coolent as it was not changed for a while and changing other oil etc. I beleive these additional services were just pushed at a point where you are not given any option as it seems urgent. Terrible place do not buy a car here! ! Terrible management and ethics. Much better dealers around.
brought my car for repair. they told me to change parts and even said that i need to change my engine and transmission... when i took the car the issue was not fixed. they even admitted that they did not look into the problem and instead trying to fix something else. at the end issue was not fixed and cost me so much money
Twice we visited the dealership and were turned away. I simply asked if the copy of my license would be destroyed after our visit and test drive. The rude response was NO and that they would not provide us with a test drive. Six months ago I went to check out the Rogue. After an hour wait, they sent someone from their parts department.... so I bought a Tucson Ultimate Hybrid next door. This time we were buying a car for my husband, but it isn't going to happen. This dealership is ruining the Nissan brand.
Terrible experience here, Jino the sales manager when he gave a quote added items I didn’t ask for without itemizing what the charges were for. I found this totally disgusting!! I will never go back here again!! BUYER BEWARE
Purchased used vehicle and service manager Refused to tell me what my car had been serviced for.
Purchased my 2017 Nissan Sentra from this dealership in November of 2017. I rarely drive this vehicle and was surprised when the transmission began to make funny noises. Took the car in on September 30, 2021 and was informed the vehicle (50000 km on the odometer) required a new transmission. No time line for the repair was provided, even though under warranty no loaner vehicle was provided and I was informed that no client transportation from the dealership was available from the service department to my home.
