My experience overall was very good. I received a letter from Nissan that I could trade in my Rogue to an upgrade and I was very interested in that because I found my lease payments were expensive and it was costing a lot in gas. Al was able to help me find a more economical vehicle, being the Nissan Sentra, and I am very happy with this new car. I would definitely recommend him to any friend or family member interested in purchasing a Nissan.
We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership (1997 Maxima, 2013 Pathfinder and 2013 Murano. I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. Brian Penner assisted us with the purchase of the 2013 Murano. Brian was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle and accompanied us on the test drive where he added value. Throughout the purchase process, Brian was very process and detailed oriented. He walked up through every step and made sure we were completely satisfied after the purchase.
Great customer service from Al. Unfortunately I had a time frame and I did not get to buy. If anything changes, I will definitely go visit Al.
Mr. Al Moorani was knowledgable, and cooperative. He answered all of our questions patiently, and helped us find a suitable car and package. I will definitely recommend him to all of my friends.
