Bad sales team and unorganized Rude managers, low class, cheap people , no knowledge, to much headache, stress , DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND FIND OUT THE HISTORY OF THE CAR BEFORE ANY DEAL WITH THEM.
Terible customer service.... Very unfriendly and scam artist , do not recommend unbelievable bad organization I do not even know how one can describe. Rude , not knowledgeable , lieing Do not answer emails for not having traceable record. Real scammers
WORST EXPERIENCE Our experince with this dealership has been nothing except STRESS and HEADACH. They were trying to sell us a used car as a new car. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND FIND OUT THE HISTORY OF THE CAR BEFORE ANY DEAL WITH THEM. We have had two other Nissan cars and we have dealed with many other nissan dealers for over 10 years and we have never had any experince and dishonestly like this.
Horrible used car service We walked in ready to look at a new Nissan but we wanted to know what our current Nissan was worth. The used car manager Danny was the rudest person I've ever met. He pretty much walked in after a nicer new sales rep was helping us, and asked us how much we wanted. We replied saying that we didn't really know how much it was worth (is it not their job to tell us?). So we threw out a number and then he said thank you and walked away. Dealer Good Corporation Suspect In Computer Data Protection I have leased 3 Rogues and one Infiniti from Willowdale Nissan. The dealer has been excellent through all those years. Over decades The General Manager Mark excellent to get to know and my last salesperson Shahin has been excellent. No request goes unattended. This lease Nissan Canada Finance (NCF) got involved and the experience turned sour. Rude and condescending sales manager The sales manager at this dealership was extremely rude and condescending. He refused to give a final quote for Nissan Rogue and said if we want we can go to Honda. He said he is doing us a favor talking to us as he does not talk to many customers visiting the showroom. This coming from a sales guy!
Horrible experience 2017 Nissan Pathfinder with 700km was towed to Willowdale Nissan due to faulty Electric issue ..car was picked up next day with a scratched front bumper and car was very dirty . When I asked the service guys why the car was not washed they responded we don't wash cars which was a complete lie as manager told me later on they do wash cars ....I think they chose not to wash it due to the scratch they put on the vehicle . FRAUD!!!! Totally agree with Shaul K. They promise all sorts of things and never put them on paper or in the system! BE AWARE. DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU!!! THEY CHARGE WAY TOOOOO HIGH IN MAINTENANCE. As a second time customer, I am very very very shamed of my decision to go with this dealership. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!
FRAUD, AVOID AT ALL COST This is our second Nissan Car ( first was purchased from Alta Nissan and the experience was wonderful). My dad was more comfortable with a sales rep talking his mother tongue so he went to willowdale Nissan. At first everything went great and the agreed on the price and signed purchase agreement. On the day of the pick up we had an appointment for 9:30, the finance manager was running behind and finally when he took us in at 10:30 he asked us to sign a DIFFERENT purchase agreement with higher price!!... read more
