Fake promise They only care about getting new deals and have new lease signed. Before signing up new lease they promise will "take care" of your existing leased car and you need not to worry about old car returning to the dealership. 30 days after signing up new lease and returned the old leased car, they send you a $800 bill of charges related to the old leased car. Liars... WE WILL NEVER LEASE OR BUY A NISSAN CAR EVER AGAIN!

complaint bout a customer servicer Cliff Yung Ching Lee served me and my friend today. He always spied us about our money and made a conclusion that we can not afford any car. He had a good manner because we drove a BMW. He had a bad manner because he knew that BMW is not us. We dressed generally so he feel that we can not afford anything. really bad organizational behaviour! Be aware! BE AWARE! its a scam dealer, made fake promise to customer, and hidden charge comes after agreement expire date, and without any prior notice, they don't take responsibility and non of them can make solution for customer, what they can do its how to charge you hidden fee and give your unexpected explanation. will file a case to ServiceOntario's customer service and report this case to social media!

customer service When I ve bought my car last year I didn't recive a good service ... However working with George Joseph to do some body work on my car changed my mind about Nissan's costumer service . Thanks George for your help .

Just talk no Action I had a problem with my Audio system and referred to them several times. They just say" The problem exists in all Muranos and Maximas" and we can not do anything. You should refer to Nissan Canada for resolution. The Nissan Canada also refers me to Willowdale Dealership/ Service. This is a loop. I still have the problem and pay for the service I have never received.

DO NOT TALK TO ALEX AN if you're looking to buy a car and they want to bring in the MANAGER just run for it if you like ur dignity to remain intact! ALEX AN is the supposed sales manager however this guy should be managing a military troop rather than a far deqlership! No apologies for one key short I escalated my complain by calling customer service and customer care. What a waste of time. Customer care answer was "we can't help because the dealers are privately operated and we have no say". More to come.

ONE KEY SHORT Imagine paying over $ 40000.00 for a new car. They claim that they are the biggest Nissan dealership overall, yet It took them over a week to locate a car, over a week to deliver the car from nearby ( so they tell me ), over a week to get the car ready, yet when they delivered the car it was delivered DIRTY, NO EXTENDED WARRANTY BOOKLET and ONE KEY SHORT. Irresponsible Managers, messy administrative employee I had got a Nissan Sentra from this dealer ship. At first they had 20 day's delay for gave me this.
