Irresponsible salesperson Dishonest salesperson. I called to ask if a number of demos were still available, and the salesperson replied an affirmative yes, and their website's inventory was updated. By the time I got there in two hours, there was none. They were all sold long before that day. Don't tell me that they sold all the demos in 2 hours. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes for him to check when I called. But it took me a long journey to get there. Waste my time.
Horrible Customer Service I definitely do not recommend them to anybody. Maybe not all staff but the ones that I've dealt with are so disrespectful. They definitely need customer service improvement. Very bad experience with them. It was my first and would be the last time in Willowdale Nissan.
Substandard This substandard dealership has poor customer service and shady employees that masterfully deceive customers into purchasing "added" features without ever discussing the "fine print" nor the redundancy of them. Lastly, my brand new car got a rust spot (I was sold on the 10 warranty rust proofing), 6 months after purchasing it and the dealership insists this rust spot must have occurred by a rock clipping it on the highway. needs a major customer service improvement. I came to Willdowdale in search for a new car and wanted to explore my options when looking for a car and boy, these people haven't got a clue when it comes to trying to entice people into buying a car; when doing so it'd be best if you DON'T get your managers and employees to leave angry voicemails calling people immature because I can assure you that, THAT was a major part of why I didn't proceed in doing business with this dealership. Dreadful -- don't buy a car from them Dreadful sales person and dreadful service. The used Sentra I bought was not checked out properly and needed a number of repairs right after purchase. When I complained, the owner-president, Mark Falkenberg, said he would compensate me with a set of tires but gave me the wrong size. Further complaints never yielded a reply. Obviously, he doesn't care about his customers and he sets the tone for his company.
Don't go to this dealership, very rude I bought used nissan rouge. Under warranty an year old. While taking the delivery I am checking, the dashboard was very dirty and you can see the dirt. The buffing was not done properly. Anyways, brought it in to service with some issues. The service rep is rude, he's looking at you like a dumb. I stopped by Willowdale Nissan to look at a Nissan XTerra that I had seen on Auto Trader. I met with the assistance used car manager and proceeded to take a look at the vehicle which was in good shape and I was interested. We went back to the office to sit down and go over the numbers - that is where this entire experience went south. Worst dealership ever visited regardless of the make. Trust me they may smile and promise you false prices. It all changes when you actually sit down and start the paperwork. I have bought cars from 10k to 100k but, this dealer made me say goodbye to nissan and infiniti brand forever. I am actually taking my personal time to post this to let general public know. Because, you will be sorry. They've got to get their management sort this out or this dealership will be having hard time upping the reputation.
To all Nissan owners who use this place for servicing, I highly recommend you find another place, because this place runs the biggest scam I've ever experienced. I brought my car in for an oil change on december 2012, and spoke to Peter Gorny, the "service advisor". He recommended about $700 in maintenance, which included a cabin filter change, rear brake servicing, and injector flush.
