My New Rav 4 (2015) This is the forth vehicle I have purchased from Whitby Toyota and have dealt with Gary Brown each time I find Gary to be very customer driven and pays special attention to your needs. Nothing but the best When I arrived at Whitby Toyota, I knew I was in good hands. Previous dealings with the folks at the dealership was pleasant and left me sold on Toyota's for years to come. oil change on a cold day I took my Rav in for an oil change and I was told due to the extremely cold weather the usual car wash was not happening. I begged my service rep as we had just returned from a long car trip and the vehicle was covered in salt and sand. When my servicing was done, my Rav appeared clean and shining. The service rep had come through for me. She is always helpful and friendly but this was really going that extra mile and I appreciate it. Thanks

Overall Great Experience This was my first experience purchasing a Toyota, as I (and my family) are very familiar with KIA. I knew about the newer Corollas as I had recently used one as a rental car, and enjoyed the experience. I still shopped around: Mazda, KIA, Ford, VW, but Whitby Toyota was my last stop. All dealerships/cars had their pros and cons, but it was the consistently fantastic reviews about Toyota's reliability, coupled with the experience I had dealing with Gary Brown, that sealed the deal. Toyota loyal Just picked up our 2015 Camry yesterday after 2 weeks of comparing the Camry and the Passat. We decided to stay Toyota loyal (have been driving Toyotas for over 25 years now) and we're very happy with our decision.
