Easy and knowledgeable First time shopper at Toyota. Went in, met by Tim Hay. Friendly, informative, enthusiastic, but not pushy. Test drove on Monday, made the deal later in the week. Tim was easy to reach, extremely organized, and overall a pleasure to deal with. Sadly, if my new Rav 4 lasts as long as I hope it does, I won't be needing Tim's services anytime soon....sorry Tim. However, happy to recommend Tim and the dealership. Others inside were also friendly and helpful.

Honesty Gary is very personable. He is a people's people and is perfect for this type of work. He is believable, does not hide anything and does everything to reveal any possible hidden stones, patiently answering questions that you might have. He is very informative, knowledgeable, pleasant, he informs you with every details of the deal you are making.
