Buying experience of 2015 RAV 4 Buying experience was great and the car looks very good too. Everything went very smooth, processing was good too. Agent was very friendly, price of the car was reasonable.
Professional Service Enjoyed the professional and courteous service with a touch of humor from Gary Brown during the process of buying a new car. Everything was straight forward without any sales pressure. I'll return to him in future if necessity arises.

Fast service Excellent service very quick and friendly.Was told it was time for filter changes but they said they would check to see if it's necessary.They only needed to change one filter.My old dealer would just say it's time without checking to see if it was necessary.Whitby Toyota is the only Toyota dealership that I would recommend in Durham region.
Excellent Experience I found Gary to be very professional and certainly very knowledgeable. He spent an hour with us in the car to explain every detail of the car. New 2016 Corolla S I have bought many cars over the years, but I was very pleased by the knowledge and professionalism demonstrated by our sales person, Andrew Ward at Whitby Toyota. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the product but he was also able and willing to make suggestions to save us some money at the same time. The staff at Whitby Toyota from start to finish were great and very helpful. Over the years the service department has also been great.

Stress Free. I bought a 2012 Rav4 V6 engine. I needed to upgrade my 2010 Rav4 as I want to tow a trailer. I was not looking forward to this . I need not have worried. Ian introduced to me to Laurence Orde who gave me a great price for my trade in and found me the perfect car. Unlike a lot of car salesmen he did not talk down to me . I got my new card very quickly. I will certainly be using Whitby Toyota for my next car. I will be recommending them to all my friends. Thank you .
