Positive experience!! We recently leased a Highlander from Gary. We returned to Gary as our first purchase was such a positive experience!! Bought a 2016 FRS with a smile I couldn't get off my face I've been dealing with the team at Whitby for a few years now, and I'm already a big fan of the parts and service dept. But I traded in my 2013 FRS and leased a new 2016 Scion FRS last week from Pearce and the experience was top notch! He's a wonderful sales rep to deal with and I highly recommended asking for him.
First time servicing at Toyota My RAV is my first sole-ownership vehicle and my baby. When it came time for an oil change the only place to go was to a Toyota service centre, and Whitby Toyota was the logical choice. A great experience! John Lee answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the workings of my new Yaris.. He made me feel comfortable and even poured me a coffee. The car was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership.
