No-Fuss negotiation When I realized I needed to buy a new car I was very intimidated by the idea of negotiation and not getting a good price. Purchase of new RAV 4 This was my first purchase from WHITBY TOYOTA, and working with Gary Brown was a very pleasant experience. Writing up the 'Agreement to Purchase", Gary was very detailed every step of the way. Upon delivery of my new RAV 4, Gary was quite detailed in explaining the various features and he very freely offered me a 'refresher" on any feature I might be unsure of........and I would not hesitate to recommend Gary Brown , and WHITBY TOYOTA..to a friend or relative in the market for a new Toyota.
