Great overall experience!!! In March 2016, my wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing a great quality 6-cylinder, 2010 Camry from Whitby Toyota! We dealt with Tim Hay, whose no-pressure, friendly, yet informative approach really made us at ease when trying to decide which car to purchase. After the first month of ownership, we would definitely recommend this dealership!

Service experience. Great brand and very reliable. The service department is not overly friendly when it comes to dealing with customers. My experience comes from dealing with art in the service department. On a visit I had there for a problem I had I discussed what issues I was having with my car and the hard starting I was having. Instead of the problem diagnosed correctly was sold a battery which was not needed. The issue was with the ignition coil which I had to diagnose and fixed the issue. An Awesome Experience We like Gary Brown's relaxed, patient manner. He lets the numbers talk and waits as we digest the details. We leased a 2016 RAV4 AWD SE. The entire transaction was surprisingly easy. Every aspect of the financial arrangement was explained. We have dealt with Gary for many years and we look forward to every time we arrange a new lease. Our son Jason leased his first car with Gary and shares our opinion that Gary elevates the business of leasing to 'a profession.'

Very Good It was fun, enjoyable and worth the trip down from Peterborough.We found out salesman "Andew Ward " to be friendly and honest. He bought the vehicle right into the garage. For us to have a good look at, while it was cold and rainey outside.
