Quick and easy! I saw a car I was interested in online on Thursday, called the dealership and ended up driving it home on Tuesday. It was the most pleasant buying experience of my life, very painless, Stephanie was awesome, she was very accommodating and made the process move along very quickly and smoothly. 10/10 Would recommend.

Great experience at Whitby Toyota with Gary Brown After 10 years with the Matrix it was time to move on. We were thinking of a Rav4 so Gary Brown had one ready for us to test drive upon arrival. Excellent Customer Satisfaction I was at the Whitby Toyota location a few weeks ago and needed parts for my 4runner truck. Keith O’Neil was at the parts counter and he was so helpful in assisting me with locating the parts I needed. He even took the time to walk out to the parking lot and helped me change my wiper blades. Having dedicated customer focused employees like Keith is definitely an excellent asset to Whitby Toyota.
