Friendly and excellent service We have been loyal customers of Whitby Toyota for 15 years. Everyone is helpful and low key which is exactly what we prefer when buying such big ticket items. We look forward to many years of sales and service from Rashid and the team at Whitby Toyota. Rashid is excellent at his job and made everything so easy for us. He even left a lovely box of chocolates on the passenger seat when we picked up my new car. You honestly could not ask for a better person to work with as you choose your car.

I pass by 3 other Toyota Dealerships to get to Whitby Toyota I dealt with Rashid and David. Very stand up guys. I would deal with them again in a second. Before visiting Whitby Toyota, I visited a few closer dealerships to me and one experience in particular felt greasy like a used car dealership on Kingston Rd in Scarborough. Our Purchase of a 2018 Highlander XLE My wife and I were very pleased with Rashid's friendly, relaxed and helpful manner. He dissuaded us from model's and accessories that would not benefit our family and lifestyle and helped us make a decision to purchase a 2018 Highlander XLE, that after several weeks, we are VERY happy with! Excellent experience Overall after visiting Toyota in Whitby I found the service to be excellent. The product advisor was very kind and helpful and willing to answer all questions. Dave makes the customer feel comfortable with the car before they drive away and is very thorough with his explanation. I would certainly recommend him.

2018 Rav4 XLE purchase We have been customers of Whitby Toyota since the mid 90s and have returned again and again for service and the purchase of two new vehicles and one used vehicle.
