My first experience with Toyota Dealer From the first contact that I had with Mr. David Marshall I understand that this dealer is freindly and open for any option. There are good reasons I have been a customer for 10 years I have been a loyal customer for 10 years now and purchased 1 new and 3 used vehicles from Whitby Toyota. New Year, New Car From the first step into Whitby Toyota my family was comfortable and at ease. Rashid is approachable and answered all of our questions. He made the process from deciding between New and New to us very easy. Once we made our decision the process was clear, simple and a breeze. Whether it's new or used this is the place to shop. When it was time to pick up the car we toured the service dept and was told how it works there for maintenance and other services. Very thorough. Highly recommended.
