Very Knowledgable My experience buying my first car at Whitby Toyota was great! I was greeted with a smile at the front counter and efficiently assisted with finding and test driving the vehicles I had found on the website. Andrew Ward was very knowledgeable and used a no-pressure approach that I found very reassuring. Down Town Gary Brown!!! I had a unique situation. I was in a 2017 Tacoma which I loved but.... 8 months ago when I leased it, it had good room for the kids in the back seat. 6 months in I had a 14 year old Son that had grown 6 inches and a 12 year old daughter that had grown substantially as well. A great experience with Gary Brown I dealt with Gary Brown and found him to be friendly knowledgeable but not pushy when informing me about the best vehicle for my needs. The last thing you want is a pushy sales rep who won't leave you alone. Gary is NOT that person. He was a pleasure to deal with. I have purchased all my Toyotas at this dealership and will continue to do so in future.

Amazing Experience Had an amazing experience with Rashid!!! Originally went just to look at the RAV4s after testing other equivalent vehicles. Rashid spent the time to explain everything to me with no pressure to purchase. Excellent service! Thanks for making this purchase simple and easy.

AMAZING!!!! I went in to Whitby Toyota after visiting several other dealerships and test driving cars. I was looking at the Toyota Corolla in the showroom when Mitch introduced himself and asked me if I had any questions. I asked Mitch if he had a 2018 Toyota Camry in the Blue/Black XSE and he said that they do have one. He asked if i was interested in seeing it and possibly taking it for a test drive.
