Smooth experience getting our new 2019 RAV4 Gary Brown was excellent in helping us discover the various models of the new 2019 RAV4. My wife and I felt very comfortable dealing with Gary. Very personal. Very professional. Expedited getting our new vehicle and having it ready for pick-up at the agreed-on date. Chris Hiebert assisted us in reviewing the extended warranty packages.
