Not too painful The dealership was clean and welcoming. Mitch Dunn, product advisor was informative of the product. I was purchasing a 2019 Toyota Corolla. He was able to answer questions and provided a vehicle for a demonstration drive. Chris followed with warranty information, which I did not find as helpful. The car was delivered the day it was suppose to be and overall purchase went well.
Very impressed! My experience with Mitch Dunn at Whitby Toyota was excellent. He was a lot of help, and was just as excited for me as I was to get the car. Mitch sent me lots of updates while I was waiting for it.
Very pleasant, patience and helpful Sometimes when I go to a store usually some salesperson would ignore you and sometimes they’re pushy and won’t leave you alone. Excellent service Both Rashid Lorgat & Chris Hiebert went the extra mile to make our visit to Whitby Toyota a pleasant experience. Our leasing option was a bit complicated because of our move out of province. They dealt with both the Licensing and Insurance in such a way that it was transparent to us. On a scale of 1 to 10 we would them a 10 +++.
Pleasant, efficient, thorough. All the employees with whom I dealt were professional and courteous. There was no hard sell; they stuck by their price quotations; while options were offered and explained, there was no pressure to buy them. My primary contact was Gary Brown and he guided me through a substantial list of new features with clarity and without rushing, and invited me to prepare a post-purchase list of questions which he would answer later, after I had familiarized myself with the new car.
So happy with my Sales Rep. Everyone at Whitby Toyota was amazing from the receptionist upon entering the dealership (offered us a coffee/tea) to the sales Advisor and financial advisor on closing the deal. Gary was great to deal with. He was professional and transparent with the rates and final price he could offer us. Another great experience I just leased a Toyota CH-R, and as this is my family's 5th Toyota vehicle, I can honestly say the service at Whitby Toyota just gets better. Their customer service is the best I have experienced anywhere. You can't go wrong with the people at Whitby Toyota. When you walk in there it's like going to see old friends! On top of all that, the quality of a Toyota vehicle is amazing!!
Poor after sales relationship with customer. Dealership managemnt refused to honor their advertised Red tag promotion, instead showed disrespectful demeanor to customer when asked for it. Seems once they got your money you are no longer important to them. Don't be taken in by their superficial greetings. Buyer be ware!!!
